The Plaza Hotel & Casino is excited to welcome the popular hamburger chain, Five Guys to its casino floor this summer. And starting in the spring, Five Guys will debut a hot dog cart outside of Carousel Bar under the Plaza’s iconic dome where guests can enjoy the brand’s unique take on the all-American classic. The 2,200 sq. ft. restaurant will feature seating for 60 guests with indoor seating and an outdoor patio, where guests can enjoy Five Guys’ signature menu including made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries, and hand spun milkshakes.
